SHIPPING & RETURNS

All prices are in Canadian currency unless otherwise specified.
We accept all major credit cards, bank-issued debit/credit cards, and PayPal.
We ship to addresses in Canada and the USA, all confirmed orders come with a tracking number and ship to Canada via Canada Post or Canpar, and to the USA via USPS or UPS.
We may at times use other courier companies.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER
Orders typically ship out within 5 business days of a confirmed order and should arrive within 14 business days.
Please Note: we work with an order fulfillment company with shipping locations worldwide, however, due to COVID 19, shipping times may be longer than usual until things get back to normal.
Our primary place of business is in Ontario Canada.
All items shipped to a Canadian location are subject to HST (13%).
We do not charge tax on international orders.
We do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges unless items are misprinted, damaged, or defective. All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us within
48 hours after the product has been received.
RETURNED TO SENDER
An order can get returned to the sender if your address is considered insufficient by the courier, your address was entered wrong during the order process, or it was denied by someone at the door.
In either case, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility and we will reach out to you to correct the information and reship your order.
Please Note: You may be liable for the shipping costs should we need to resend your order.
We will not refund orders that are returned to the sender.
The return address on all of our shipments by default are set to our fulfillment facility.
Please note that they can not offer you refunds and should you have an issue with your order, you must contact us!
